Trovo has announced the release of its new Android application. The program is said to be in its alpha stage and is being developed by a team of professional developers in Germany. It can be used for streaming live content from YouTube, Vimeo, MetaCafe, Flickr and many other streaming websites. The idea behind this new Android app is to provide an interactive entertainment experience through browsing and interacting with the data from these websites.
If you have used any of the streaming media player before, then you will not find much difference between the software and the player. However, the main difference will be in the user interface which will be significantly different as compared to other streaming software. The icons and the overall design of the application will give an "apples-to-apples" experience to the user and will enable them to play a number of streaming contents for free. The live streaming data also acts as the "push notifications" which allow users to get the latest information by reading the data directly from the server without having to go through the browsing process. Apart from this, the software also allows the user to get traffic information from Google map and integrates with Google+ community.
The developers are yet looking for more partners to integrate with their application and hope to release the final version of the product in the second half of the upcoming August period. The beta version of the product was successfully launched in Germany on August 1st and since then has been downloaded by a large number of users. The Android app is available for free and is ready for download from the Google play store. You can download the software now from the Android Market.
